Cranberry and Walnut Filo-Stuffed Brie

Cranberry and Walnut Filo-Stuffed Brie by Grande Market

With the holidays quickly approaching, why not entertain your friends and family with a cranberry and walnut filo-stuffed brie? (We used a triple cream brie, which makes it extra creamy, cheesy and delicious!)

?Here’s what you’ll need...?

?

1 large wheel of triple cream brie (double cream works too!)?

Note: If you’re struggling to find a large brie wheel, combining a couple of brie triangles will also work.

6 sheets of filo dough?

1/4 cup butter, melted?

1/2 cup cranberry sauce (store-bought or homemade)?

1/3 cup walnut halves?

2-3 sprigs of fresh rosemary (just the leaves, stems removed) ?

? + some extra rosemary for garnishing?

INSTRUCTIONS:?

?1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) degrees.?

2. Lay a sheet of filo dough horizontally on a parchment-lined baking tray. Brush with melted butter. Place another sheet on top. Layer with butter. Repeat for the third sheet.?

3. Repeat this same process with your remaining filo sheets, only vertically. Make sure to butter each sheet.?

4. Then, lay your brie wheel in the center. Layer half of your cranberry sauce overtop of your wheel of brie, then top with rosemary.?

5. Fold filo sheet corners over the brie. Brush with more melted butter to secure.?

6. Bake at 400°F (200°C) between 25-30 minutes.?

7. Serve and enjoy.?
