Wonder Workshop: Butterfly Challenge

Join us to learn all about butterflies and their habitats. Then use your imagination to design and build your own butterfly garden station for butterflies to live in your community. Plus, enter a prize draw for a chance to win an awesome book.

Quantum Kidz Camp

Tuesday July 11 -Friday July 14

2 p.m. to 4 p.m.

Mr. LEGO® from Quantum Kidz introduces fun, creative LEGO® activities to young builders that bring to life science, technology, engineering, art and math (STEAM) concepts found in the real world.

For children ages six to 12 years.

Summer Wonder: Magic Show (WonderPhil)

Thursday July 6, 2 p.m. to 2:45 p.m.

TD Summer Reading Club: Summer Wonder magic show. WonderPhil is a magician and an entertainer. Along with wonder and amazement, his magic act is packed with plenty of laughs. (Children, ages 4+). No registration required, just drop in.

Summer Wonder: Weekly Crafts and Fun

Tuesdays 2 p.m. to 3 p.m.

TD Summer Reading Club: Summer Wonder Crafts. Each week join Woodview Park in making a fun and creative craft; from buttons to Dino Cup craft to a DIY Kaleidoscope. All materials supplied. Every (Children, ages 6+). No registration required, just drop in.

Summer Wonder: Snap Circuits

Friday July 7, 2 p.m. to 3 p.m.

TD Summer Reading Club: Summer Wonder Snap Circuits. Join Woodview Park in exploring the world of electricity with snap circuits. (Children, ages 6+). No registration required, just drop in.

Parent & Child Drop-In

Tuesdays 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Join Woodview Park for two hours of play through songs, books, finger play, rhymes and lots of free play time. This program is facilitated by Northwood Neighbourhood Services. A healthy snack is provided for the children. The program is for children (0-5 years of age) and they must be supervised. The program allows parents and caregivers the chance to meet others and play interactively in an early learning environment.

Seniors Drop-In

Wednesdays 12 p.m. to 2 p.m.

This program provides seniors with an opportunity to socialize with one another in a safe and secure environment. The program is facilitated by Northwood Neighbourhood Services. Some of the recreational activities seniors may participate in include playing games, arts and crafts, and attending health and wellness workshops. Refreshments will be provided.

Game On! Teens

Thursdays 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Tuesdays 4 p.m. to 5 p.m.

Calling all gamers! Play different video games for Nintendo Wii and PlayStation 4. The Video Gaming Club meets every Thursday (Teens, ages 13+). No registration required, just drop in!
