Residents of Emery Village, along with Aurora Importing staff, recently celebrated the opening of their new retail store.
“We wanted to get our retail store opened right off the get-go,” said President Tony Morello after moving the Aurora head office to Emery. ”We’ve got something that we can open to the public and have people come by and enjoy browsing and looking at a lot of different products that we import. We’re proud of it,” Morello said. Aurora carries more than 2,400 products, and is the largest importer of dry products from Italy to Canada, bringing about 750 to 760 containers a year of dry grocery food products.
The Aurora retail outlet is conveniently located at 350 Clayson Road. Store Hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
